It is a fact that sleeping is healthy and necessary for you. Sleeping is so much fun especially, after a hard day of well-earned rest, also a fact. Probably the biggest gamble that you can get on the sleep is dreaming.

Ahh! Dreams, the free motion pictures of subconsciousness that are all about you, sounds fun? No! Why, you ask? Because dreams, like a night full of drinking, always leave you in a hangover. They are like an after-party you did not sign up for but still has to go and, there isn’t even good food to eat. Come on! Don’t tell me that you have not woken up from a good slumber, all groggy, just because some random sequence of ‘you missing your papers while a lizard drives you to school’ is still reeling in your mind as you slip back into reality? Now, I am not talking at all about nightmares. Those sneaky bastards jolt you out of sleep, so they are already going to hell anyway (just like you were in your nightmare). Let me tell you all the ways how dreams are the absolute worse-

First, Dreams always wake you up wondering, what happened or how it ends. It is bad enough you don’t know how it started to not know how it ends gets you all angry fists. Tell me that you have not sat there trying hard to recall and restore the dream that you just had as soon as you wake up, maybe because it is a captivating story to tell or it just felt really great. You sit at the edge of your bed thinking real hard but Poof! The dream is gone and, so are the chances of you remembering it. Awww! You really wanted to tell that hilarious dream you had to people, well, too bad! It is gone, now you have no good stories to tell you ‘plain flour’ ass bitch!

Second, they really mess up the realities. Abstract dreams, which are so far away from reality, are still good as they are some weird trip to wonderland as is as good as over ones those “hottie watchers” of yours open for the day. The dreams which have characters who are real people in your life really messes with your perception. Why? Because the damn director does not know your dynamics in real life. They go on making you fall in love with that asshole you barely noticed or; make a nemesis out of your cute, lovable mother and other weird shit like that. When you wake up Boom, you have mixed feelings and emotions lingering the whole day and, that person who was ruined for you has no idea. What makes this more embarrassing is that you cannot explain this to anyone without booking a one-way ticket to an asylum.

The third and probably the most sensible reason for hating is simple, sleep is to recharge and rejuvenate. Such brain activity and thought aftermath are simply not letting you do that. It is scientifically proven that sleep with dreams is lighter than dreamless sleep and often leads to a post-slumber hangover. Such half baked sleep keeps you from being the fully recharged person you wish to be.
